Here’s what we do at GoKid to maximize carpool safety for kids
Invitation-Only Design
Thanks to GoKid’s invitation-only design, only parents who are directly invited to the app can join. You can choose the parents who participate in carpools, so your kids will only be driven by parents that you trust.
Driving Requirements
We require that the parent driving each carpool also has their own kids in the car, too. Not only is this a safety measure, but it also ensures your children will always have other kids to talk with during the drive.
No Hired Drivers
Only parents drive carpools with GoKid. There are no hired drivers, and you know who is driving your kid each day for maximum rideshare safety.
Kid App Access
Kids can log into GoKid on their phones, and can check to see who’s driving the carpool each day. This app access for kids means your child knows which parent you’ve approved to take them home on a specific day. This helps to avoid confusion, and is a great carpool safety measure.
Live Tracking
With our live tracking, you can keep track of where your child’s carpool is. There’s no wondering or worrying about your kids, and the tracking gives you peace of mind when you’re not the one driving the carpool.
